Indicators in Occupational Health are measurable (quantitative and qualitative) elements for framing of policies and priorities. They can be used for decision making, action planning and evaluation in research and in practice of Occupational Health.
Indicators represent events, processes and impacts relevant to protection of worker's safety and promotion of health and wellbeing. They can be defined on input, process and outcome levels.
The objective of this Congress is to inspire international exchange of experiences on research, methodologies and practices and the use of indicators of safety and health in the field of Occupational Health.
